At age 18, Blair moved to Pambrun, Saskatchewan to attend Millar Memorial Bible College. The time spent at Millar, and the natural beauty of Saskatchewan left an indelible impression on his life. In 1996, Blair graduated from Humber College in Toronto from the Funeral Service Education (FSE) Program. He began his professional career in Hamilton, Ontario, before becoming the Manager of Parkview Funeral Chapel in 2007. In 2008 Blair was presented with the opportunity to purchase Parkview Funeral Chapel from Dignity, a corporation based in the United States. Along with Kelly, Blair now owns and operates Parkview with a group of local, dedicated employees. |
| Kelly Scott, Licensed Director / Owner Email: kelly@parkviewfuneralchapel.ca Office Phone: 306-694-5500 Fax: 306-692-7273 Kelly Scott was born in Prince George, British Columbia. Kelly’s father was proud to serve as a life-long member of the Canadian Forces. At age 18, Kelly chose to follow in her father’s foot steps and joined the Canadian Forces serving a total of 13 years. In 2001 Kelly moved to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, before joining Parkview Funeral Chapel in 2007. Kelly graduated from SIAST Funeral-Service Program in 2008. Along with Blair Scott, Kelly is now an owner/operator of Parkview Funeral Chapel. Kelly is an active volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross teaching courses for children ages 12 to 18 such as “Beyond the Hurt”, a course which aims to help prevent and deal with the issue of bullying. Kelly and Blair were married in their own chapel in Parkview on July 22, 2012. |
